For companies already established as a Special Purpose Company (SPC) and Intermediate Special Purpose Vehicle (ISPV) will automatically become Prescribed Companies whilst certain other entities can be formed as a Prescribed Company.<\/p><h4><strong>Who can setup a Prescribed Company? <\/strong><\/h4><ol data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"\">An Authorised Firm;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Fund;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Family Office;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Fintech Entity<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Foundation;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Government Entity;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Holding Company;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Private Trust Company;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Proprietary Investment Company; or<\/p><\/li><li><p
