Applicants, must be able to fulfill the conditions:<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>For Long- term 3-Years Visa:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"\">Owning a property which is of minimum value AED 750,000<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"\">A maximum of 50% of the properties can be under a mortgage<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Properties which are jointly owned can both apply for long- term visa, under the condition that each individual\u2019s shares are worth at least AED 750,000<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">A No- Objection Certificate (NOC) is provided from the bank \u2013 must be written in Arabic<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\"><strong>For Long- term 5-Years Visa:<\/strong><\/p><ol data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"\">Property Owners \u2013 Provide proof of ownership of a property no less than AED 5 million.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Property Owners The invested amount should not be on a loan basis.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Property ownership should be maintained for at least three years<strong>.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\">The property must be owned in a single residential property, as opposed a commercial property.
